About Duokitchenware: commercial kitchen trailer rentals to commercial and industrial customers

Duokitchenware rents mobile commercial kitchen trailer rentals, dishwashing trailer rentals, and refrigerated trailer rentals and containers to facilities that cannot stop serving. We work with commercial and industrial customers only: hospitals, nursing homes, schools, universities, correctional facilities, hotels, caterers, and government and military sites. Rentals cover emergencies such as fires and equipment breakdowns as well as planned renovations and events, with short-term and long-term terms. Our team can help coordinate equipment selection, delivery, and setup at your site. Contact Duokitchenware for availability and a quote for your project.

How we work

  • Match the facility

We start with your meal count, menu, and schedule, then recommend a commercial kitchen, dish line, or cold-storage unit that fits.

  • Plan the site

We go over power, water, drain, pad, and access with you so the trailer can be set and connected on arrival.

  • Document the scope

The quote states what is included, what is an add-on, and the terms, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

What a rental covers

The rental covers the unit and the terms written in your quote. The customer provides a suitable pad, the utility connections, and the permits that their location requires. We can help with health permit paperwork as an add-on.

Start with the kitchen

A mobile commercial kitchen trailer rental is the heart of a temporary kitchen: the range, griddle, ovens, fryer, prep tables, and hood that cook the meals. Menus, meal counts, and the cooking schedule decide the size, from a compact 24 ft line to a bulk 40 ft kitchen.

Portable, modular commercial kitchens for rent or lease go onsite in hours, and cooks work in them like any permanent commercial kitchen, during a renovation, during construction, or after a fire. Short-term and long-term terms cover a repair or a rebuild.

Rental terms, plainly.

By the week or by the month, for commercial and industrial customers. Commercial kitchens and dish trailer rentals typically take about five hours to set up once the site is ready; other units about an hour. The quote spells out delivery, setup, servicing, and minimum terms. An inquiry does not reserve equipment, and the unit assigned to you is confirmed in the quote.

The prep list

Why organizations choose Duokitchenware

When a commercial kitchen goes down, the meals still have to go out. A rental only helps if it arrives planned, connected, and ready for a full production day. That is the work we do before a trailer ever moves.

Why clients trust us

We serve commercial and industrial customers only: hospitals, schools, correctional facilities, government agencies, hotels, caterers, and contractors. The line is staffed around the clock, and every quote states what is and is not included before you commit.

  1. 01

    Accelerated deployment

Power, water, and drain connections planned before delivery keep the trailer from sitting idle on your lot.

  2. 02

    24/7 emergency service

A failed walk-in or a commercial kitchen shut down by inspection does not wait for office hours, so the line stays open all night.

Questions we hear

Frequently asked questions

01What size mobile commercial kitchen do I need?

Match the trailer to meals per day and how much cooking is from scratch. A 24 ft or 28 ft commercial kitchen suits a smaller line that mostly heats and finishes food; a 40 ft commercial kitchen adds a double-stack oven, fryer, and tilting skillet for production cooking. The bulk and combo versions add high-volume equipment and a walk-in cooler. Tell us your meal count and menu and we will recommend a size.

02Can I rent a temporary commercial kitchen while mine is being renovated?

Yes. A mobile commercial kitchen is built for exactly that: it replaces the cooking line for the length of a renovation, a rebuild after a fire, or a repair that takes weeks. Plan the location, power, water, and drain before delivery so food service resumes quickly once the trailer is set.

03What utilities does a mobile commercial kitchen need?

Electricity, potable water, and a way to handle wastewater. The 24 ft and 28 ft commercial kitchens list 220V single-phase service at 200A; the 38 ft and 40 ft commercial kitchens list 200 to 220A. Water and drain connections depend on the site, and a grease trap can be added. Your quote confirms the exact requirements for the unit assigned.

04Do I need a dishwashing trailer rental with my temporary commercial kitchen?

If you serve on reusable plates and trays, yes. A temporary commercial kitchen has a three-compartment sink for pots, but it is not sized for institutional dishware. A low-temperature push-through trailer fits smaller commercial kitchens, and a conveyor trailer fits high-volume service.
